CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 141(RLS) am An Act relating to                          
legislative and executive branch ethics; relating to the conduct of            
lobbyists with respect to public officials; relating to campaigning by         
state employees; relating to the filing of financial disclosures by            
certain state employees and officials; making a conforming                     
amendment to the definition of `public official' for employment                
security statutes; and providing for an effective date was engrossed,          
signed by the President and Secretary and transmitted to the House             
for consideration with a Senate Letter of Intent.
